Our commitment to quality work led to a repeat customer that awarded us this fueling station in Pasadena. One particularly challenging aspect of this build was connecting the building sewer line to the city. The city plans showed a cable duct bank that was in the way of the connection to the city sewer line. There was significant coordination required between the city, the cable company and the subcontractors in making a successful sewer tap. Our relationship with the City of Pasadena grew as we were in constant communication to obtain permits and variances. We kept the client updated throughout the process and completed the project within the expected time and budget constraints.
