We know that building is a huge undertaking, not just financially but also in terms of time, mental capacity and complexity. We use an industry specific project management system to manage the entire project, and keep all parties involved, clients, subcontractors, suppliers etc. on the same page. The system keeps us organized and keeps our clients stress-free.

 We think building is a collaboration between us and our clients, therefore instead of you having to follow up with us, we keep you updated. Always. You always know what’s going on with our project.

We make sure you know what’s happening at the Site and on Paper.

Constant Communication

We make sure you get constant updates about your project. Our habit of constantly communicating with the subcontractors and the clients enables a streamlined construction process that ensures that the project is exactly as per client expectations.

One point of contact

At the beginning of the project we assign our client a project manager. This allows clients to be able to track the progress of the project and get updates as and when required.

Weekly Reports

Weekly reports allow clients to track progress by detailing the actions taken during the week and how near they are to project completion.

Milestone site visits

Clients are asked to visit the site when major milestones are achieved. Groundbreaking is used as an event to have the client meet the project manager and site supervisor in person, while other major milestones are used to have clients see for themselves how the site is progressing.
