Rosenburg went through a period of substantial growth from May of 2018 to December of 2018. Increased traffic brought with it the need for a gas station and convenience store in a central location. A repeat client reached out to Sincere to once again to develop and manage all aspects of construction.
The convenience store is a 5775 sqft structural steel building enveloped in CMU. The gas station has xx gasoline dispensers and xx diesel dispensers. SBD completed the project on time according to specification to the satisfaction of the client. This project established the client’s presence in another growing market.
