Pre-construction is an analytical stage, where we practice due diligence. We ensure that the client’s vision becomes a reality. This is the phase where we partner with our commercial clients to search for and select a suitable site based on customer traffic and sales forecasting. We help in getting an IMST report, along with platting, selection of building types, forecasting, and jobber selection (if applicable).

Sincere Builder’s involvement in the pre-design phase is important because developing the design enables us to maximize value engineering. But we are also highly flexible in working with clients who have existing plans.

Buildings are more valuable than packages, but we still can’t track their progress. We think that should change. In an attempt to make our operations even more transparent we send you an update for the project every two weeks so you can track the progress of your building.
GENERAL CONTRACTING
Demo-ing, Clearing, Leveling, Building.
The construction phase involves a hefty amount of work. Before the initiation of this step, a dedicated project manager is assigned to each client, as a point of contact, to address any concerns, requests and provide regular updates on ongoing project(s). We also set up a camera system for the client to easily access project updates.

Constant Communication

We make sure you get constant updates about your project. Our habit of constantly communicating with the subcontractors and the clients enables a streamlined construction process that ensures that the project is exactly as per client expectations.

One point of contact

At the beginning of the project we assign our client a project manager. This allows clients to be able to track the progress of the project and get updates as and when required.

Weekly Reports

Weekly reports allow clients to track progress by detailing the actions taken during the week and how near they are to project completion.
